Terms of Service

1 What DegenParty is

DegenParty is a free entertainment website attached to livestreams. It provides play-money games, leaderboards, chat, and tools for streamers to run challenges and giveaways for their viewers.

Everything you play with is Degen Coins, a fictional in-site score. Coins have no monetary value, are not currency, are not tokens, are not your property, and confer no ownership of anything. Any figure the games display - a bet, a payout, a multiplier, a leaderboard total - is a score in that fictional unit and nothing more.

2 Who may use it

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must be legally allowed to use a service like this where you live. If social-casino or sweepstakes-style promotions are restricted where you are, it's on you not to use the site.
• One account per person. Extra accounts made to enter a promotion more than once, or to get around a ban, will be removed along with anything they won.
• Your account is yours and not transferable. Don't sell it, rent it, or share the login.

3 Degen Coins

• Coins are obtained free, by playing and by checking in. There is nothing to buy and we do not sell them.
• Coins cannot be cashed out, redeemed, exchanged, sold, gifted or transferred - not to another player, not to us, not to anyone.
• Coins are a licence to use a feature of the site, revocable at any time. They are not a balance we hold for you and not a debt we owe you.
• We may add, remove, adjust or reset coin balances - including yours, including to zero - to fix a bug, undo an exploit, or wipe a testing period. Nothing is owed if we do.
• Buying or selling coins for real money is not allowed and is a bannable offence for everyone involved.

4 Games and fairness

Game results are derived from a committed seed pair using HMAC_SHA256, and the method is published on each game's Fairness panel so results can be verified independently. We think this is the right way to run the games, but no fairness scheme is a promise that you will win anything.

The games are designed to lose coins over time, as casino-style games are. That is the design, not a malfunction. Since coins are worth nothing, nothing is lost.

If a game, payout table or challenge behaves in a way it clearly wasn't meant to, we may void the affected rounds and correct balances. Deliberately exploiting a fault instead of reporting it is treated as cheating under section 6.

5 Challenges, raffles and prizes

Some challenges and giveaways offer a real prize. These are promotions run by an individual streamer, not by DegenParty.

• The streamer running the promotion funds it and pays it. DegenParty provides the platform that tracks and draws it. We are not the promoter and we do not hold prize funds.
• No purchase is necessary or possible - entry is by playing with free coins.
• To be eligible you must have logged in with Kick, connected Discord, joined the relevant Discord server, and saved a valid payout handle. Anyone who isn't eligible when a draw runs may be passed over.
• Prizes are paid manually by a person. They are not instant, not automatic, and not guaranteed to arrive on any particular timetable.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for anything else and have no cash alternative unless the streamer says so.
• Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility.
• A promotion may be corrected, re-drawn, or cancelled if it was posted with a mistake in it, or if the result was produced by cheating.
• We may show a winner's display name, avatar and prize on the site and on stream.

6 Payout details

If you save a payout handle - a casino username or a crypto address - you are responsible for it being correct and for it belonging to you. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. A prize sent to an address you typed wrong is gone, and we cannot recover it or send it again.

Your payout handle is shared with the streamer paying your prize, because there is no other way for them to pay it.

7 Behaviour

Don't do any of the following. All of them are grounds for removal:

• Running more than one account, or evading a ban.
• Automating play - bots, scripts, macros - or using any tool to interact with the site other than a normal browser.
• Exploiting a bug rather than reporting it, or attacking, overloading or probing the site's infrastructure.
• Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, or impersonating staff or another player in chat.
• Advertising, scam links, or trying to buy or sell accounts, coins or prizes.
• Colluding with others to fix a challenge, raffle or leaderboard.

Chat is moderated. Messages may be removed and accounts muted or banned at our discretion, with or without warning. Chat messages are visible to everyone - don't post anything private.

8 Suspension and closing accounts

We can suspend or close any account at any time, including for the reasons above, and including where we reasonably believe a promotion is being manipulated. Coins, XP, rank, items and pending prize eligibility are lost when an account is closed, and nothing is owed for them.

You can stop using the site whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account - see the Privacy Policy.

9 The site is provided as-is

DegenParty is offered free, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feature will keep working or keep existing. Games, coin amounts, payout tables, features and these terms can all change, and pages can go away.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site - including lost coins, lost XP, lost rank, lost prize eligibility, or a prize a streamer doesn't pay. Since the site is free and coins have no value, there is nothing of monetary value to lose here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

10 Other people's services

We link to and connect with services we don't control - Kick, Discord, Telegram, casinos a streamer is affiliated with, and any site a streamer links. Their terms are theirs, not ours, and we're not responsible for them. Referral or affiliate links a streamer posts may earn that streamer a commission.

Nothing on this site is an inducement to gamble with real money anywhere else.

11 Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
